We are a group of friendly property investors from Southampton, Portsmouth and surrounding areas.
HPN is unaffiliated so no up-selling or training courses. All profits go to local charities. We offer the more social side of property investing along with the skills and knowledge of our friendly and experienced attendees.

After introductions there is usually some form of presentation or group discussion followed by networking where everyone is encouraged to move around, meet and talk to a variety of people.
We hold our networking meet every month from January through to December!
Tickets are £20 in advance. Unfortunately we no longer accept payments on the door. All attendees must pre-book.

Andy Douglas
As a retired IFA, Andy has a clear understanding of risk versus reward, along with how B2L mortgages work. He has also built up a portfolio of HMO’s in Southampton and Eastleigh. Some of which are student houses and others are professional house shares.
Sheena Griffin
Sheena is an experienced BTL investor with a portfolio on single lets in Southampton. Her property investing allows her to focus on her passion of charity work, frequently sending her to Africa to support and implement incredible initiatives.
Tessa Thompson
Tessa has been investing in property in the UK and abroad for over 30 years. Developing to
sell or rent to long term tenants. For many years she has been successfully letting foreign property as holiday lets and has a successful Rent to Rent & Serviced Accommodation business in the UK. Most recently she has gained experience in Property Lease options and Land Assembly.
Sam Beddoe
Former police detective for 25 years, investigating major crimes, Sam is now full time in property development. Sam has experience in many property sectors including, single lets, HMOs, refurbishment, auctions, title split, lease extensions, commercial conversions, planning uplift and serviced accommodation. Also using SSAS pensions in property development.
Tanner H. Hicks
Tanner has been investing in property since 2010 and has experience across a number of strategies including BRR (Build Refurb Refinance), HMO's, Lease Options, Commercial & Conversions. Started out sourcing and then built a mixed portfolio including student & professional HMO’s, single lets and commercial units in Portsmouth, the Isle of Wight, London & Manchester.
